Glas Gains Highest LEED Platinum Certification

The Ortigas-based tower GLAS has been awarded the most esteemed LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in June 2022. GLAS becomes the first design-and-build project from ASYA Design to reach the highest level of LEED certification.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most trusted rating system for green-based architecture around the globe. With its stringent standards to sustainable architecture, GLAS from the ground up has been designed to uphold LEED’s conventions and innovations.

The premier development stands at a 188-meter height, holding 42 storey (and 3 basement level) 102,000 sqm. of Grade A office spaces and retail areas. Yet, the one responsible for its crowning achievement is its all-glass façade, comprised of double-glazed, triple low-E high-performing glass windows.
