Nestled in the tranquil neighborhoods of Novaliches, Quezon City, Vine Residences caters to its immediate environment with a distinctive architecture that embraces nature.
The design for the entire development derives from the natural contours of the property. The trees already are preserved, customized with landscaping and used as a market differentiator.
The design process for Vine’s exterior starts on its natural setting, from pragmatic aspects (like the tower and amenity orientation) to visual facets (like the earthly palette on its façade). Since Vine’s design was conceptualized with respect to its natural surroundings, one interesting architectural feat was how a portion of the structure was elevated above natural soil grade. This structural placement played a huge role in preserving the existing trees and vegetation within the property and simultaneously prevents flooding and corrosion.
Its five towers are plotted precisely for the units to provide captivating views of the amenities and maximize the property configuration. Towards the end of the property are other amenities, like a basketball court and a gazebo alongside lush greeneries that can serve as picnic or camping grounds for residents.
