Mezza Residences is a mixed-use development that incorporates residential and commercial spaces into one comfortable and convenient location. The structure occupies 28% of the mixed-use lot, allowing residents to get a sweeping view of the city. As 72% of the building footprint is allotted to landscape and amenities, tenants and guests get to enjoy the benefits of an elevated lifestyle and a genial escape to nature. And the location’s proximity makes it the ideal site for communities to thrive.

The design gives a harmonious ambiance that tenants can enjoy. It provides ample leeway on the estimated 1000 sqm. lawn to be decorated with vibrant walkways and play areas with a 25-meter lap pool, a zen garden and other amenities. All these qualities bring a nurturing environment – one that honors the designers’ vision for architecture.

Tinted glass panels are installed in the buildings to protect tenants and guests from the sun’s rays and draw the sufficient amount of natural lighting into the units and through the corridors, conserving the building’s energy and costs.

Privacy is one of the aspects considered to utilize special design to give the towers’ convenience and comfort for its occupants. Thus, doors are placed in a safer and handier position. Ample spaces are placed around the building to ensure that every unit has a panoramic of the city.

Window-to-wall ratio is taken into consideration to ensure the building’s natural light and ventilation, which allows the reduction of the towers’ maintenance cost and increase in the structure’s energy efficiency.
