REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Communication, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, primarily in hotels or high-end properties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Conflict resolution experience
- Patience and good listening skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Will manage metro manila properties
- Willing to work in Ortigas (headquarter)
