REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• With professional license is an advantage
• At least 8 years of working experience in property management for high-rise commercial or mixed use building
• Experienced in tenant relations, preventive maintenance and facilities management
• Willing to work in Ortigas
• Can start ASAP
