Light Residences is located at the middlemost portion of the EDSA expanse, exactly along the thoroughfare corner Madison Street in Mandaluyong City. This development project is situated between two established business districts – Makati and Ortigas City.
The project is a mixed-use type of residential building that offers commercial spaces on the first two floors, two-level parking lots and residential units for the succeeding floor levels. This high-rise condominium development is composed of three towers rising from a five-storey podium.
